Scott Tenney, President:
Mr. Tenney helped found Hudson Baylor in 1983 and has served as the firm's President since its inception. Mr. Tenney holds overall management responsibility for Hudson Baylor including business development, management reporting, finance, facilities, and operations. A member of the New York State Bar and a former district attorney in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Tenney has provided leadership coupled with legal and business experience, which has produced consistent growth and profitability for Hudson Baylor.
Tim Flanagan, Vice President of Operations:
Mr. Flanagan has headed Hudson Baylor's plant operations since 1989. Mr. Flanagan is responsible for ensuring efficient material collections, processing, and distribution for the entire firm's recycling operations. Additionally, Mr. Flanagan is responsible for quality control and plant safety. An engineer who graduated from West Point, Mr. Flanagan served for 10 years in the US Army and provides Hudson Baylor with a wealth of experience in logistics and planning.
Steve Hastings, Vice President, Sales & Marketing:
Mr. Hastings has led Hudson Baylor's sales and marketing efforts since 1988. Mr. Hastings is responsible for developing customers on two fronts: securing suppliers of recyclable materials and broadening potential markets for Hudson Baylor's recycled commodities. Mr. Hastings has extensive relationships within the recycling industry and has deep knowledge of the beverage industry, having owned and operated his own beverage distributorship prior to joining Hudson Baylor.
Will Herzog, Director of Business Development:
Mr. Herzog leads Hudson Baylor's growth efforts. Mr. Herzog is involved with expanding existing services, finding opportunities for geographic or service line expansion, and exploration into new service areas for the firm. Mr. Herzog also heads the Company's information technology area. Mr. Herzog joined the firm in 2002 following several years work in the management consulting and real estate industries, and holds an MBA from Boston College.
William "Biff" Jennings, Chief Financial Officer:
William "Biff" Jennings was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2008 and is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and information systems management. Biff has over twenty years of experience in finance, accounting and operations in high-growth organizations. Prior to joining Hudson Baylor, he was CFO of INTTRA, the leading e-commerce portal for containerized ocean freight. During his tenure as CFO, INTTRA transaction volumes grew at a compound annual growth rate exceeding 100% and the company was recognized as one of the country's fastest-growing technology companies. A graduate of Princeton University, Biff also holds a MS in Accountancy from New York University's Stern School of Business. He began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
