Commingled Recyling

Commingled recycling results from municipal collections, and requires us to separate different types of plastics from glass, and to sort glass by color. It is similar to single stream recycling, absent the fiber.

Hudson Baylor provides commingled recycling services in the east, in proximity to our Newburgh, NY facilities. We encourage local and regional hauling firms to bring collected recyclables to our facilities for processing, and we have a long-standing agreement with Orange County, NY, for processing the county's recyclables.

Most area hauling firms find that using our facilities is a far more cost-effective option than building their own recycling facilities.
